Shipping Policy
1.Delivery cost
  • Standard delivery is free to a collection point near you

2.Delivery Areas
  • We deliver throughout South Africa using one of our trusted courier partners.

3.Delivery time
  • Dependent on the courier partner delivery may be between 3 and 9 working days. 

  • Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

 

4.Lost or Stolen Parcels
If a parcel goes missing or is not delivered:
  • We will investigate with the courier

  • Replacement or refund will depend on the courier’s investigation outcome

Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions (Non-Defective Products)

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you should

  • notify us within 7 days of receipt and 

  • return it at your cost within a further 10 days.

  • ensure that it is in a condition suitable for resale

 

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Used or opened products

  • Items damaged by the customer

  • Custom-made or personalised items

Shipping costs for voluntary returns are the customer’s responsibility.

 

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Provide photos and order details

  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation

We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

3. Refund Process

If approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days, using the original method of payment.

​4. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If unavailable, we may offer an alternative item or refund.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may apply.
