SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

 

We currently offer delivery within South Africa via PostNet counter-to-counter service.

• Orders are shipped to the PostNet store closest to the customer’s delivery address.

• Orders before 5pm are processed, packed and dropped off for delivery usually within 2 business days. Transit time is usually 2-4 business days providing a total delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. 

• Standard shipping fee: R100 per order

• Customers will be notified once their parcel is ready for collection.

 

Returns

 

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase using the contact details on the website. 

​

For returns please note the following conditions:​

• the item should be unused and in it's original condition

• the item should be dropped off at a Postnet store or alternative agreed location for return delivery.

• the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

• Refunds will be made within 5 days of receipt of returned goods.
