Shipping

 

We currently deliver within South Africa using PostNet to PostNet with parcels sent to the PostNet branch closest to your delivery address. 

​

  • Standard shipping: R100 per order

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days after your order has been  processed

  • Customers will be notified once their parcel is ready for collection.

 

Returns

 

 Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on 082 4497994 to discuss your return before sending any item back.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

​

  • Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • You will receive a full refund

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

​Non-Faulty Items

​

If you wish to return an item for any other reason:

​

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  • You will receive a full refund once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
